BFG 6600GT OC Display Problems

I have just upgraded my system and installed a BFG 6600GT OC and am trying to set it up to drive my Dell flat panel display and my Sony HS10 front screen projector (both DVI). At one point I could switch between single displays to get each to display but could not get the image on the HS10 to fill the screen even after using PowerStrip to set up one-to-one pixle mapping (PS settings:1368x768=1368,56,144,216,768,1,11,23,80285,3094). It would accept the custom PS setting but would not create the expected 16x9 image to fill the screen. I then installed the latest NVIDIA driver (71.84) to make sure that wasn't the problem. After using the NVIDIA Wizard to set up both monitors in dual operation mode the Dell flat panel was fine but the image on the HS10 only showed the Windows background but no icons or other information. Shortly after that both displays went completely dark. I tried rebooting several time and the initial ASUS boot up info would display but as soon as Windows started to load the display would go black again. I then disconneded the HS10 DVI cable and was able to reboot OK. I never had any problems getting both displays to work properly with my old motherboard and ATI AIW card, so there are obviously tricks with the new 6600GT that I don't know yet. Any help is greatly appreaciated. Thanks.
