Hey, I just installed a BFG 5700LE video card... I mean, it's a step up from my GeForce MX440, but it's nothing impressive. In fact, while playing games (Pandora Tomm., WOW Beta) it "lags". It doesn't do it too much, but enough to annoy me. I toned down the settings for both cards and it still does it. And I just updated my driver to 66.93...

Should I just forget about this card and get a new one?
Can someone recommend a card for me under 150? ATI or Nvidia, it doesn't matter. thanks

P.S. Do you recommend Overclocking the card? its set at 275mhz/400mhz right now, but RivaTuner won't (or the card won't) let me change the clock settings. DO i have to unlock something? Thanks alot

Well, I think one of the 6600 variants (sub GT) is supposed to be around $150. That might be a good option.

....

Or you could always go with a 256MB Radeon 9200!!!!111

might try using coolbits to overclock and putting some heatsinks on your ram and replacing your heatsink on the gpu w/ a better one.

thermal take makes some good ones.

other than taht.. try getting a 6600.

is a normal 6600 better than the 9600pro series? When do the AGP versions of 6600s come out?
