Since the last patch came out, performance has been crippled for me (And a whole bunch of other people)

Have there been any work arounds for this? It seems to be some type of memory leak that is affecting this setup.

Any word?

If you haven't already in Origin remove the overlay setting .
I have mixed results when playing it is either smooth or jittery and or crashing.
 
I am still on cat 14.4 and the game ran dam smooth for me on CX 7950's.. I ran it under 64Bit DX as I have windows 8.1 64bit and Xeon 6 core with triple channel ram and have notice noting odd..
