BF3 gives 0% load on GPU2 6950

The gameplay is smooth but the game only uses one of my 2 6950GPU's.

One has 100% core load and other has 0%, 1300mb vram used.

Cpu is 3.4ghz@1.2875v and core load is: 80%, 80%, 35%, 80%
 
Dumb question is it fullscreen? May try switching from fullscreen to windowed back to fullscreen. Granted it was the beta, but when i first played it i had to do alt-enter a couple times for it to be fullscreen and both GPUs to be used.
