Better Cooling?

I am trying to figure out the best way to get this thing cooled down. I have 2 80mm fans in the back and 2 in the front. Found out 2 of them died.
The two in the front are lower to ground than the rear and also are in front of the drive bays.

I was thinking of the rear ones to be intake and the front ones to be exhaust. And maybe sticking a 120mm fan in the side panel? I like my Dremel

Any ideas? I am just going to replace them all. Any recommendations of fans?

Remember, hot air rises...

If your front fans are LOWER than your exhaust fans, having the front fans as exhaust won't really do anything.

The only way you should reverse the fans is if the back fan is lower (or at an equal level) than the front fans.
