Best way to stream games with an AMD card?

I have a silly setup to play older games with my plex server and an R7 450 4gb ( re launched Radeon HD 7750 basically ) I currently use steam link. Resolution and screen size have small issues. But is AMD link better? AMD says this card does support AMD link. The system runs 1440x900 which is what the older Emachines monitor I have hooked to it runs
