Coolaboratory Liquid Ultra.

If you want a "paste" type TIM, I'd go with Prolimatech PK-1.

Search google for Skinee Labs.
 
I know some people are very particular about the type of paste they use with certain coolers/heatsinks (some people swear certain types of paste perform better depending on the application use) and also I feel that a lot of people do not allow enough curing time for their paste.

I've generally felt that unless you really do care about a 1-5 degrees (depending on what pastes you are comparing), I go with the standard AS5 or MX-4.
