You should be able to use reference GTX680 in most SFF cases, since the reference blower exhausts out the back, rather than into the case.

Thanks for the reply, but I guess I need to be more specific. Actually I am not just looking for a SFF gpu. But something as small as possible. I mean, I have got a really tight space to work in. As a matter of fact I have got no space what so ever for the graphics card, but I want to squeeze one in there anyways. I have got 3 options:
- use a 1u GPU
- use a 2u GPU that can be modified to a single slot PCIe. Then cut a hole in the bottom of my box for the cooler and place legs under it.
- use a PCIe extension cable and place the GPU somewhere else than at the bottom of my motherboard.
So basically I need to know the best single slot PCIe GPU. Or the best one that can be modified to a single slot and has a small gap from the ventilation slot (which I will cut off) to the cooler (which I will place outside the case)

radeon 7750 is about the only easily available single slot worth having, but its not a super gamer card. It can play most games at 1080p medium settings.

I was also browsing for some options regarding a good GPU that is single slot entirely[cooling included]. Was thinking about Abee M20 case and started to look for something that actually fits.
The best single slot GPU out there is the Afox 7850, but it is noisy as hell and has a loooong PCB.
So, a 1u design and short PCB and even low-profile, you have these options:
1. XFX Core[Ghost] HD 7750. 21 cm length. I was gutted that it won't fit a M20 Abee, but if you do have the necessary space, I'd say go for it.
2. Powercolor HD 7750. Reference AMD design, short PCB, but a better fan.
3. Sapphire HD 7750 Low-Profile. Apparently the fan isn't noisy at all from the reviews I found.
Performance wise, they are all the same. The Radeon HD 7750 is on par with the old HD 5770/6770, which was a good card[and still is, but when you can squeeze the same performance out of something that has no need of a PCI-Ex connector, the option is pretty clear.]
Oh, and regarding the cooler. What is the maximum height allowed for it in your case? You can use:
A. Prolimatech Samuel 17 + a 80x80x25mm fan and it will be around 70mm tall. You can also use the slim Scythe fan [80x80x12mm] for a total height of about 57mm. Best low profile CPU Heatsink out there
B. The newly launched Phanteks: PH-TC90LS. It is about 43mm tall with the slim 92x92x15mm fan installed. Cooling wise, it is safe to assume it won't be as good as the Prolimatech
C. Scythe. Big Shuriken 2. 58mm tall with fan installed. Decent cooling capacity.

Thanks alot man! That is great help. However I couldn't find the Afox 7850 on newegg. So hard to say if I can fit it. But without concidering anything else inside the case I have about 27cm to play on in length. The main problem is width and height. I have not taken accurate measurements but I think I should be able to fit one of those CPU fans.
When it comes to the GPUs thanks alot for the help again. But do you know if there are any 2u gpus that use the second PCIe slot as ventilation that are better than theese? Because when they have the ventilation like the ones you showed me do I will need to cut a hole in the bottom of my case anyways so it wouldn't make any difference if the heatsink uses 2u or one. I can just put some of it outside the case.

Well, any 2u GPU that uses the 2nd slot as ventilation will have better options than the 1u. I thought you were mainly interested in the best 1u that can be out there, and those were the only options.
Before I start recommending anything of 2u can you make it clear to what you are referring as 1 + 2nd slot used for cooling? As in, are you talking about this:

Both will do, because at the bottom one I will be able to cut off the bracket that is for cooling. (as long as there is a small gap I can make it exhaust below my case)
The point is that I just got space to fit one bracket on the backside of my case, but I can cut a hole below my case so that there will be space for the 2nd u cooler. In order for this to work I cannot buy a video card that uses both u's for interfaces, because then I would also have to cut a hole at the back of my case and let half of the video card "hang" below the case without anything to mount it in. I dont want a bracket outside my case, but I can have the cooler outside it. Is this understandable? I can make some photos to explain better within a couple of hours!

That makes things more clear. So you need a GPU that doesn't have any connector on it's 2nd slot. In short, this won't do, right?
