120mm

I currently have 6 120mm's that came with the Lian Li A-70B and have no idea exactly what they are rated at. I am also not sure on dba's.

I would like 6 120 mm fans that are around the same thing as a GTX280 at 50-60% fan speeds. I have been reading lot's of reviews but still can not get a handle on the amount of sound they will be pushing out. I also do not want some whimpy 19cfm fan''s either so it's a delicate balance of noise/cfm.

+1 for the GT fan, however, they can be had here for much cheaper (13.99 if you buy more than 3 at a time), I'm not sure how loud a GTX280 is at 50-60%, but more than likely you could run the 1450rpm model just fine, but I linked to the 1150rpm just in case. If you are looking for the best CFM to noise ratio your not going to beat the Slipstream fans, but you should not mount them horizontal, even though I have without any trouble for almost a year now, YMMV.
