Ok, I have a very small leak in one of my spare radiators, when I have liquid in it there's a small but steady drip coming from somewhere. I have my loop apart and want to add this radiator to the loop. I originally purchased this rad new and when I found out it had a leak, I quickly ordered another one from another vendor instead of working on an RMA-- so basically I'm stuck with it - this was 2 years ago.

So, what's a good solution for fixing a leak in a radiator, is there some sort of liquid sealant I can run inside of it that won't ruin the loop and coolant when I'm ready to run it. Need ideas-- thanks.
 
Well in my car I used a product called Radweld, and it worked fine, you just add it to the coolant and it filled any holes by itself. A product like this would probably work but what I'd do is run some in a loop with just the pump and radiator until it sealed, then refill with regular coolant or water to see if it is still sealed. Have a look in your local car store for a similar product (eg Stopleak, theres probably loads of em).
 
rad weld in your pc rad.....I wouldn't get a new rad why risk it for what a half good rad costs
