I am looking for some good programs to rip audio from some concert dvd's I have.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks

i'm not sure this is the best way to do it but this it what i did.

first you need to decrypt the DVD and copy over the VOBs to your HD, use DVDdecrypter: http://www.dvddecrypter.com/

then use dvd2avi: http://arbor.ee.ntu.edu.tw/~jackei/dvd2avi/ to extract the ac3 audio from the VOB files.

to do that in dvd2avi you open the VOBs then goto audio > dolby digital > decode

then goto file and save project

and from there you can either burn the wav on a cd or convert it to an mp3.

the disadvantage to this method is that it will only make one continuous audio track (no track numbers, DVDs only have chapters (maybe its possible to split VOBs by chapters, not really sure how))
