Hey I'm looking to build a P4 machine and was looking between the 2.8-3.2 range. What's going to give me the best bang for buck as far as OCin the processor goes. Also what heatsink would you recommend for an air cooled case. Thanks!

well i dont really know aboout processors at 2.8 - 3.2.. but ig ot a 2.4c right now and i think its the best bang for the buck.. i took it upto 2.8 and the temp still stayed at 33 celcius.. havent gone moe than that yet..

so i would say go for the 2.4 unless ur planning on going upto like 5 gigz.. :S
 
If you can find a 2.4C with the m0 stepping, they are a great bang for the bunk solution. I got mine to overclock to 3.6 (didn't try further) on air.
