I use my computer mostly for gaming, and a little surfing the web. Which one would be best for me? I just have 1 SATA 320 7200.10 Seagate. Any suggestions?

I am fine with space for most of my defragmenting, but I had problems when I had a ton of information and the information was not concurrent. So I did by name and everything came together. For your C: drive, do access.

I always found that the "sort by last accessed" option worked the best in terms of desktop performance, and the older your installation of Windows is the better it will work.

I moved on to PerfectDisk some time ago though...

I would use the 'space' option, but I have also moved on to Diskeeper 2007 Pro,as I find it faster and just plain better.
