It's been awhile since I watercooled and would like some help planning my loop configurations. Also what method would be better - series vs parallel?

pump/reservoir combo
gpu block
cpu block
120mm rad
240 rad

thanks in advance.

Honestly its not really going to make a huge difference. Obviously pump/res come first, but after that what ever plumbs the easiest. For you application serial makes since on the blocks. No reason to go parallel unless you have multiple CPU or GPUs to cool.

Yep. For you, loop order does not matter at all since you have a pump/reservoir combo unit. Do it based on how it is easiest to route the tubing. Your system should not have any components in parallel. Parallel flow is for identical blocks with identical restriction. If you don't have identical blocks, you get unequal flow rates through those blocks.

Agreed with above. Run everything in serial. Place the components in the case where you want them, and figure out what tubing runs make it look the nicest / is easiest to do. You will get roughly the same performance no matter how you hook everything together (so long as it is a single serial loop!).

Thanks for help guys! now I just need to shove everything in this tiny case.

Pics when done please, good luck! :D

Not done, but getting there! Waiting on fittings and tubing.

I'm guessing he's busy either working (on) or thinking about what to do next. Meanwhile, he has a couple more pictures in the ncase m1 thread. The PSU is in there, but it's not an ATX/SFX PSU. ;)

Good job AP2, can't wait to see it done. :D
