Best heatsink for Athlon 64 sound/performance?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a good heatsink for Socket 7 Athlon64 3000+ that is a balance of performance and volume level. Both are equally important.

Sorry if this is covered all the time but the stupid search function has been gone for weeks now.

I would say the thermalright sp-97 with a quiet 80 or 92 mm Panaflo fan.
