Best GPU for 350$?

I'd go with a GTX 670 2GB. I went from xfire 6950's to a single 670 and it was a great decision. Works good for triple monitor as well as single.
 
This is actually going to be a new build now, seeing as an Ivy Bridge processor seems the way to go (Haswell can wait until later next year). Thanks guys for all of your help.
I actually ended up going with this case, this PSU, and, what my goal was originally to upgrade, this GPU.

Now. DO NOT get a 660ti. They are very overpriced for the performance. if you REALLY need to go the Nvidia route. I would say get a 670 if one is on sale, but that comes around to you needing a new PSU.

My Best recommendation would be to get a very good decent PSU, and maybe a good 7870. Or of you can find a good PSU for $50ish dollars (not sure if you can get a good decent one for that price) Get a 7950. You can easily pick one of those up for $299, and the blow away a 660ti, and even match the 670 in performance.

P.S. Like to add, if you get a 7950, you get Sleeping Dogs, Hitman, and Farcry 3 for free!!!!

The 660 TI is on sale for 230 dollars right now.

Nvidia cards are being priced very competitively at the moment. Thought if you are willing to buy used, you can get a used 7970 for 300$ (there are several on hardocp, OCN, and anandtech forums being sold at this price), and then drop the remainder into a good PSU.

I'd recommend a 600w psu for some headroom. Also just because its not that much price difference from a 500w.

Edit: Just saw your last post. Be noted that the gigabyte 7950's are voltage locked. They have amazing cooling, but in terms of overclocking headroom not so much.
 
I recently bought myself the Gigabyte GTX 670 2GB OC WindForce, and I couldn't be happier. BF3 runs really smooth with this card.
 
I have a XFX 7950CF and absolutely love it. Theyre great cards for the money. And easily over clocks without breaking a sweat.

The Double D BE edition (lifetime warranty :) ) can be had for 350 shipped too
