Best Dual Channel RAM/Motherboard for P4 2.4

Ive got my sights set on a P4 2.4GHz HyperThreading. Upon listening to some guys at work, and with my budget (Which is around $400-$450 for Processor, Motherboard, and RAM) I have picked out the ABIT Ic7 Motherboard.

Now theres no doubt about it I am going Dual Chanenel RAM.

I will be overclocking the P4. I want to have easy overclocking that I can fine tune, the best RAM for my moneys worth, and the motherboard that fits this.

Mushkin Level 1 2x256 (512mb combined) 'Black' 2-2-2 Latency was what I was looking at for RAM. Any suggestions? This is my turn around from AMD to Intel, so I want to make it good.
 
I agree that if you're getting a 2.4C to overclock get at least pc4000 ram.
 
Another vote for PC3500 or higher RAM (preferably PC4000). Your FSB will go up fairly easily relative to your RAM. You need good RAM to keep up with the CPU's FSB.
 
Could I get Dual Channel PC4000 RAM for Under $150 though. No more than $175 is my margin.

What matherboard? The Abit IC7? Ive heard that it dosnt have the best overclocking features though.
