Best compact printer/scanner combo??

I was looking at the HP PSC 1315 and 1350 for $99 and $129. I want something compact, and that doesn't look as hideous as some of the printer/scanner combos. I have read that the PSC 1315 and 1350 have a lot of paper jams, anyone know any similar to this with good reviews at a fair price?
 
I own the HP PSC 1209, which is basically an older model. Have had it for over 1.5 years now and no problems yet. Never had any jams.
