I'm looking for a high sound quality pair of wrap-around-the-back-of-your-next style headphones (don't want to mess up my hair).

Where can I look/purcahse for them.

Budget would be approx $120US.
 
I haven't heard of any higher quality behind-the-neck cans before. I've even heard of people trying to mod their cans to go behind-the-neck, but that's all. Checkout head-fi.org forums. Perhaps you can ask there.
 
As a group, the behind-the-head 'phones have one of the poorest bang-for-the-buck values of all types of headphones. Most of them cost three to four times more than their sound quality warrants - in fact, I've found a $30 pair (from the you-know-what brand) which sounded equally as bad as the same brand's freebie Walkman stock headphones. And do you know what? The only behind-the-head 'phone which retails for more than $40US is an active noise-cancelling model from you-know-whom, which is basically the same craptacular low-end headphone with fancy noise-cancelling electronics.

That said, there is only one such headphone that I'd recommend: the Koss KSC-55. (Koss is a weird animal at the low end, since that company also sells the far less distinguished KSC-12 and KSC-17 in the same price range as the KSC-55. And I don't consider the Sporta Pro to be a true behind-the-head 'phone; it's more like a regular over-the-head 'phone whose headband is convertible to a behind-the-head configuration.) The KSC-55 should sell for $20US or less.
 
yeah, KSC-55 is your entire range of choices for that requirement :). Apart from that, Grado had a project a while back to make another cheap disposable phone like their old SR40 model, basically by cramming the SR60 drivers into a cheap portable design, and I think they were planning on using a behind-the-head design. The project is apparently still going but they've been working on it for a long time, so don't hold your breath...
