I just wanted to make sure all these components are compatible before I buy.

Pump - MCP655
Res - MCres Micro res
Rad - x2 Mcr320
Gpu block - EK full coverage
Cpu - Dtek fuzion


And for tubing Im going to use this type of hose I use at work for Hydraulic lines..

As long as you use the size barbs and tubing inner diameter (id), you'll be fine. If you're using 1/2"id tubing, get 1/2" hose barbs and everything should fit well enough.

I'm not that familiar with the flexibility and use of hydraulic line tubing, so my concerns may not actually be issues:
  • Most barbs these days are designed with the assumption that worm drive clamps, clips, zip ties, or something will be wrapped around the tubing the hold a tighter seal over the barb. I don't know if you plan to shave a bit of the sleeving off the end of each tubing run to facilitate some protection, or if a worm drive clamp can apply enough force through the sleeving, but it's something to consider.
  • You shouldn't have any problems with this, but make sure you don't get any of that metal to connect directly with copper and some water, or you'll start to have some corrosion form.
  • I'm assuming you want to use this tubing for its looks, because while I'm once again not very familiar with hydraulic tubing, decent 7/16"id-5/8"od tubing has thicker tubing walls (the tubing itself, not including the sleeving) and probably has just as good, if not a better bending radius than that hydraulic tubing. The only issue with 7/16"id tubing would be getting it over your D5's (MCP655) barbs. In either tubing case, you'll probably want to heat the tubing up first either by dunking the end in hot water for a minute (might be an issue with the hydraulic tubing) or heating it up with a hairdryer to make it more flexible.
Other than that, your component selections look fine, although I personally think that 2 3x120mm rads is a little overkill. But hey, there's no kill like overkill ;)
 
Im actually going to crimp fittings onto the ends of these lines. Obviously dealing with hydarulic lines, flexibility is great, when its 1/2 hose.

The fittings im going to put on, will be crimp tightened, just like how they are, for any fitting you find on a truck that uses hydraulic. (etc)

So the seal is nothing to worry about ;) Or if you truly want. you dont have access to a crimping machine. you can do like you said. Stone wheel off the metal shaving until you see tubing.
