Ok so finally with the new R3 sandy bridge mobo's and pay day, i can upgrade my PC at long last, is this all good to go?

I couldn't find many reviews on the PSU but im presuming as it's corsair it should be good quality?

without knowing the rest of your system and how it will all be used I say yes.
 
You should try to find a cheaper set of DDR3 1333 RAM (1.5V, of course). You won't need RAM faster than that, even while overclocking.

Which video card are you reusing? Are you planning on going SLI/CF in the future?
 
Im reusing, 2 Sata hdd's, dvd drive, case and GTX 260.

If you could make a suggestion on the memory it would be appreciated preferably on the scan.co.uk website as it would save me having to order from 2 sites :0 or i can just order these http://www.ebuyer.com/product/226283

Also i do not plan on SLI or CF

Damn didn't realize the Gskill 1333mhz was just one 4 gig module, infact no UK retailers even sell the 2x2gig set so i may aswell just go with the 1600 mhz ones and run them at 1333 mhz?

Need to order this stuff before 4pm UK time, ><
 
You can go with one 4GB module; you'd only lose, at most, 5% performance-wise.
 
Meh i just went with the 1600 mhz modules, ordered like an hour ago but thanks for the help guys, this system is gonna destroy my e7200 :D
 
I'm somewhat curious as to when you plan on upgrading your video card. Oftentimes, you'll gain a more noticeable performance boost from a GPU upgrade than you would from a CPU (and platform) upgrade.
