basic w/c application

I have been asked to build a new computer with a possible w/c setup. I built my w/c setup which is awesome and keeps my cpu/gpu cooled at all times even being overclocked.

They want a quieter computer compared to their old computer which has lots of fans w/ bad air circulation. Also, the computer is in a custom made cabinet for their office which is like putting a computer in a box with a small side air vent that does not help much. The current computer produces a lot of heat inside there and I was thinking w/c would be the best for that application. If not let me know of another idea. If you agree with w/c I am curious what I should use for the computer considering I want it to be simple for them and basic. This is not going to be a gaming computer or anything but it will be on 24/7. There won’t be a graphics card so only the q6600 needs to be cooled.
w/c: I think this would be overkill for this computer but I could be wrong..

swiftech mcp 655 pump – I think this might be to much for the application?
swiftech Apogee GT cpu block – Figure it would work fine vs the GTX
MCR320 rad – Maybe drop this down to the MCR220 for smaller application?
Thermaltake Aquabay M3 1U Liquid Tank - maybe, wanting something to fit in the bay that works well.
Or
Swiftech micro-res Hi flow – this one works great!

All will be ½ OD tubing – or smaller would be fine also?

What would you recommend?

a liquid cooling system can only get the cpu as cool as the ambient temperature of the computer's environment. going through all the work of assembling a liquid cooling system for a computer that will only get crammed back into a little hole is kind of a waste of effort. liquid cooling doesn't automatically mean that you don't need good case air flow. the loop will only be addressing issues of keeping the cpu temp down, but you still have to be mindful of heat generated by the chipset of the mother board. the heat generated inside the case will eventually effect the ambient temperature of the liquid cooling system because it won't dissipate out into an office room, but will remain trapped within in whatever cloistered environment your user places this computer in.
 
Also, this will be a entire new system build.... case, cpu, mb, ram, psu, etc etc

Ok, keeping what you said in mind a nice aircooled setup would be more benificial for the application. Air cooled would cost less and I would be able to contorl the fan temp for quiet operation and then increase the airflow in the cabinet.
