I, like most of you i'm sure, am looking for the cheapest way to get more out of my computer. I'm running an AthlonXP 2500 on a Albatron Kx400-8x with 640mb of pc2700 ram and an Nvidia Geforce 5200 Graphics card.

Obviously that Graphics card is a good place to start, but I've heard that a 2500 will OC to 3200 if ran with Pc3200 ram. So maybe I can kill two birds with one stone. The only limit to what i can do is that I only have just over 100 dollars.

Thoughts as to weather I should replace the graphics card, the ram, or something else entirely?

OC your barton (is it a desktop CPU or mobile?)

I would sell the ram, and get KVR PC3200 512mb. They are pretty decent if your're on a tight budget. I've done 2.2GHz on a KVR, 200FSB 11x

save the rest of the cash and get a decent graphics card

oh btw..change the font color!!

Ok, so I just new egged Video cards and it looked like the best for my money under 120 dollars is either an Nvidia 5700 or a Radeon 9600pro.
Thoughts?

sry bout the colors the first time around...

The ram is Crucial pc2700 with a CAS latency of 2.5. I'm not sure how to find the rest of the latency's. I have one 512 chip and one 128.
