I'm also going to venture a guess that your new account will be banned too. I don't think the idea of banning someone is just so that they can start another account.

people have a tendancy to get banned for friggin bumping their posts to fast to... you tell me... get banned perminantly for osmething like that ? yeah sure

or get banned for trolling someone or just being a total 150% jerk.

Does the name v_lestat ring a bell? That was your other account that was banned here. Reregistering after a banning automatically entitles you to a free lifetime supply of bans. Admins are not in the habit or notifying members they are banned, they have 3 notifications prior to final action.
