Just like the title says, what would be the better setup on an intel-platform based system?

I think I can push my 2.8c to 4, it's running 3.64 on stock voltage 1:1 with the ram at 260fsb. If I were to use a divider, and maybe get 10-20 more out of my FSB, the ram would be significantly slower. Which would turn out better performance?
