what do they do if your monitor has bad pixels?

NCIX will replace your panel if you paid for the warranty.

BenQ has a company will go by their dead pixel policy, which is different for every monitor but 4 or less dead pixels is acceptable. Stuck pixels are another matter.

They will, like most companies, replace your panel if your warranty holds up.
