BA 7900 Not Working

I got all my speakers on my new BA 7900s working except the rear right speaker. I know its not the speaker, as I can plug it into a different jack and it works fine. It must be something internal. Has anyone had a similar problem. If not, anyone know how good Directron.com is with returns? Thanks
 
I purchased the same speaker set, no problems.

Here's a link to directrons rma policy, they are apparently covered by a one year warranty directly from them in addition to the manufacturers warranty. But they seem to be out of stock.
