Avoid NewEgg At All Costs

Isn't the RX 580 yours to keep? And they owe you a refund or a motherboard still. It's their problem that they can't ship the right things out. Should have told them you only received the cpu, and simply not mentioned the gfx card. Now they're gonna hold out and make life difficult. This is the way to deal with huge companies where the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.
