Looking for a new engineering PC with enough oomph to run AutoCAD for an engineering department for a small city.

Spec'd out a Dell Precision Tower 7810 E5-2620V3 - Xeon 2.4 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, and NVidia K4200 graphics card for around $2400.00.

Any other recommendations for something more current? I am restricted to ordering from vendors instead of custom building at my current job.

Thanks for any help!

That or HP, Lenovo.
You need to call if you want similar pricing, I would probably try to go for Lenovo and/or HP over Dell.
Fujitsu are great but they don't offer Workstations in US/CA.

Too bad you are stuck with oem as I am selling the rig in my sig. If you can you might get better performance with the E5 1650 as you get a higher clock per core.
