everytime i post in a thread it automaticly subscribes me for email notification... why??

i have all the email settings turned off and select no notification when im posting...so whats the deal??
 
I turned off your subscriptions to see if that would stop the emails, but try logging off the forums, clearing your cookies and log back on to see if that cleared the problem.
