Atypical SFF Operating Environment

I want to build an SFF that will be suitable for LAN gaming, and not much else. Currently I lug around a mid-tower that isn't TOO bad, but I know I can get something significantly smaller without breaking the bank. Ideally I'd like to build something that's comparable to my existing build in my sig.

Now for the odd operating environment: the group I game with frequently games in high-temperature environments. At one point the area we were in was almost 100 degrees. Sweat was pouring from everyone and two people's PC's died, forcing them to lower their OC's. I'd like to eliminate this as a potential concern under these high-temperature environments.

Are most SFF builds usable for 90F+ temps? If so does anyone have a particular recommendation or series of recommendations to reduce heat while ensuring similar performance to the PC I have listed in my sig? Any assistance and useful advice is appreciated!

I think you can go even for mini itx safely.

I've been surprised with the cooling ability of my Sugo SG05B, I have just the front fan and a geminII cooler, and have never went beyond 60c, also the GPU is on it's own thermal zone because of packaging, so it might get noisy because of the fan but no real prob there, can't vouch for ati, but my 8800GTX had seen 100c on a poorly ventilated case with no issues.

The build I mention is

Case: Sugo SG05B
Motherboard: Zotac 9300 ITX
Processor: Intel e8400 (you can OC to the same clock eaaaasy and get better performance clock per clock)
Cooler: I used a GeminII, some have used a GeminII S with a slim fan, similar results for everyone, you can get a Corsair H50 in there too easily, the case's front fan should be upgraded imho

If you can get an SSD or a laptop HDD temps will be better than with a std 3.5", maybe a 2.5" raptor with the heatsink.

I'd get a fanmate to control fan speed by hand, could be useful in such environment

Of course there are probably better solutions than this, but not smaller/easier to carry
 
That's not a bad suggestion, and it keeps in my goal of wanting to build a PC that's somewhat similar to the one I have now (a dual-core Intel processor, some RAM, decent video power, etc.)
