got a problem with TV out with my 9700pro. i have the latest drivers, and when i have TV out on it only shows in black and white om the TV. ??? help???
 
yea now that i even ran the TV tuner app .. my 9800 aiw pro jsut shows black with lines going thru it and i know my TV tuner is plugged in :( .. i wonder if alot of people are having the same prob!

that was the issue, I had to uninstall the control center, then go into the control panel and change it from pal to ntsc. problem solved.
