ATI TV Doesn't Work PLEASE HELP

The TV/Line In function doesn't work on my Radeon 9000.

The error just says Unable To Start TV and then tells me to check my video drivers to see if they're working. They are and I even updated my all my drivers but the error is still there.

Any help at all would be appreciated, thanks.
 
Is this an all-in-wonder 9000? Because those are the only ones that have TV in...the rest are just TV out.
 
Yeah it's all in wonder. It worked before but started giving me that error a couple weeks ago.
