ATI TV Card Problem

Got a problem with my ATI TV Wonder VE card......All of a sudden it started saying Code 10 Device Cannot Be Started in device manager and the card wont work. Any ideas? Ive tried drivers over and over again and tried a different PCI slot with no success.
 
I have the tv wonder and it is the biggest POS ever. Honestly, I am not exaggerating. When the HDTV cards become cheap then I will upgrade. The Tv wonder's are plagued with problems. Check out www.tv-cards.com for more info. They have a good messageboard and alot of helpful people. Good Luck
 
Yeah Im pretty fed up with the ATI card, the software sucks, the hardware sucks....blah blah blah. I just dont feel like buyin a new card right now and would like to get this on operational again. Thanks for the link..
