Im trying to o/c my x1600xt with ati tool .25 beta 13, when i choose find max care, the gpu screams up to 100C and cpu up to the 80's at only 600Mhz, it always says fan speed at 100%. What is safe as far as temperatures go for both cpu and gpu,do these work correct on ati tool. Btw, im using stock cooling on everything. Any help would be appreciated,as well if anyone has an idea of how far i should push the cork and mem on stock cooling.
 
well , i o/c the x1600 to 625/725 and managed to pull a 5777 3dmark, i think thats not to bad for that card, anyways, cpu is at 59C and never went above 62C. Gpu is at 76C and as far as ive seen only went into very low 90's high 80's, however ati tool says it hit 102. Anything to worry about, maybe change case fans.
