ati tool crashes

ok if i try to run atitool it will crash, omega drivers when trying to extract crash. regular cats install and run fine (4.7s), passes at least a half hour in memtest86+ and the same for prime, a couple loops of 3dmark 2k1 runs fine. i;m running win2k sp4 with this hardware k7n2-l, 1800+, 2x256 kingston hyperx ddr500 running at spd @133, sapphire 9500, ibm hd, enlight 300w. i swapped the 9500 into my main system and atitool runs fine there. tried 3.13, 4.24, and 4.27 of the nforce drivers. was installed in this order, sp4, dx9, nforce drivers, vid card drivers.

also on a side note i use windows update, says it has errors.

my best guess is either mobo or cpu. anyone else had these problems before?
 
That post doesnt seem coherent. So ati tool crashes with omega drivers? Is that what your saying? Omega drivers comes with ATI tool and installs it I believe, so if you install ati tool again it wont work (screwed me before....)
 
both omega and ati tool wont work, even if installed seperately or only the cats + atitool. guess i shouldn't have posted when i was half asleep :)
