What is the ATI Tech Support No:? I did a Google search, but it came up with random extraneous information .. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

In order to receive complimentary Telephone Technical Support, we require that you first register your product with us by visiting our online registration form . When you are registered you will be given access to the toll-free Technical Support telephone numbers.

So you're saying that simply buying the card did not provide enough motivation for ATi to offer support...you have to register?

That sucks.

Its not like registering for free is costing you anything but the time to type in your name and address....

Geez, its like that would be so hard for you to do....

I didn't say it was hard, I said it was stupid. If the guy bought the card, that should be enough to get frikkin tech support...nothing to fill out, sign up for or send in. Their tech support number is a secret they can only share with you after they get your info?
That's a load of shit, and it's just another reason for me not to buy a card from them.

Its a minimal requirement and whats stupid is bitching about it.

i'm absolutely positive that people can already find out whatever they want about you. giving up your name and address (public information....) to a VIDEO CARD company isn't going to jeopardize your privacy.
