what is up with this i turn up agp to 8x and turn on fastwrites and askes to reboot so i do. i go back to check settings and its back to OFF....what is going on? im running Cat 3.10s

what did you guys do to fix this?
 
and after i uninstall it how do i check to see if its agp 8x? its not in my bios

i even installed the right monitor drivers i can't get ati control panel to see more than 60hz even after windows xp registry tweaking
