ATi silencer help please!!!

Hey guys, just this morning i noticed that my GPU temperatures were up way higher then norma at about 55C on idle, i took apart my computer and noticed that the silencer fan isn't spinning at all, Its plugged in, it starts up for like half a second and then shuts off. Any ideas? Please help! :(
 
Nevermind.. I seem to have got it working, took it apart and put it back together.. seems to work fine. You can delete the thread mods, thanks.
 
F*** its back at it again... I dont get it, I think teh wire is messed up, but where i bought the silencer from (NCIX) amade it a no exchange/refund sale.. any ideas?
 
you could consider changing it for a Zalman VF700-CU. i did, and my temps dropped a good bit compared to the silencer.
 
I'd love to change it.. but the place I bought it from made it a Final sale. Kinda pisses me off when the thing works for like 5 days and then just stops. Anybody know how the Silencer's company's customer service is?
