Anyone have any experience with ATI's RMA service? How long did it take?

My 9800 ceased to work Saturday morning. After switching the CPU, RAM, and monitor I tried one of my 9600Pros, and it came up fine. I tried the 9800 in several other machines, but none can pass post with it installed. I filled out the ATI customer care form Saturday night, and really expected to see an email by this morning. I still haven't received anything yet.

You should get your RMA number and instructions today. I RMA'd a 9700 about 3 months ago and it took about 36 hours to get the email. After that I mailed it and received my replacement within 2 weeks.
