ati gamma issue

does any one know how to fix the ati issue with the gamma profile for games not loading? every time i open WoW or CS:S it goes to defualt gamma settings? please help.

I always used Gamma Hotkeys for ATI cards. Same for Brightness and Contrast. My setup was using whatever alt or ctrl key combo plus the following:


Num1 = Brightness Down
Num2 = Contrast Down
Num3 = Gamma Down
Num4 = Brightness Up
Num5 = Contrast Up
Num6 = Gamma Up


This works well because you don't have to memorize them so much as simply remember that the vertically aligned keys are opposites of each other on the keypad.

It's also great to have in-game hotkeys because some games will require adjusting depending upon night/day, indoor/outdoor, etc.

interesting, but does that setup interfere with ingame binds? (like if I group together a squad of firebats in SC [crl+1]) Would I have just increased my brightness as well?

you have to activate and assign the hotkeys, ie alt+insert
