I'm not sure if that was the right name for the feature, but on my Fx5600 there was something along those lines that you could change. Does ati have something similar to this?

A hideous, hideous, irritating, useless but "sexy" gadget on the nVidia cards. I have it on my laptop, and cannot stand to use it. Everything looks plasticy and fake. It goes way overboard on the colors.

It's called contrast :-P

It just adjusts how vivid the colors are. Hence the "vibrance" part of it.

It's just a gamma hack, goto colors in your Ati driver properties and you can accomplish the same thing without the name digital vibrance.

I'd love to know what settings you need to use to get the "same" effect as digital vibrance then. I've read 100's of posts of people that just can't duplicate the effect on their ATI cards. I've tried everything I know of, even 3rd party programs, nothing works.

Digital Vibrance is a special feature in the nVidia drivers. You can't duplicate the same effect using color settings in the ATI drivers.

Alot of people really like digital vibrance and how it makes colors look alot more vivid in games. It looks pretty sexy in Far Cry.

Is it already enabled with Nvidias drivers? If not where do I need to go to enable it?

i got sorta the same effect from playing around with the ATI smartshader settings but i cant find which drivers had them for the life of me, the newest omegas dont :(
