AT7 MAX & WIN XP PRO Reinstall on RAID

I'm reinstalling Windows XP Pro on my wife's PC. She's got an ABIT AT7 MAX using the Highpoint 374 controller. I have two hard drives on the machine in a RAID array on which XP Pro is currently installed. I'd like to do a clean reinstall. Do I blow away the RAID array and then rebuild it or is that unnecessary? Do I just reformat? And of either of these, how do I go about this since it's on a RAID array?

No...you wont have to remove the RAID array unless, you wish to change your stripe size. Treat it as a normal drive all youll be fine.
What youll have to do when loading Xp, hit F6 when you see it at the bottom of your screen and have your HPT374 driver 3.5disk in the drive. If you dont have one with the latest 1.23 driver....you can download from www.abit-usa.com
