asus k8n-e hits 220 wall?

the thought of asus finally making a nforce 3 motherboard got my hands sticky but now i'm reading problems about overclocking it past 220 across many forums. it seems to hit the 220 wall regardless of whatever you do. Is there any word on whether this is fixed in the latest bios release? Can a bios release even fix such a problem?

Im not a avid overclocker but i would appreciate a board that is the best of the bunch.

yes it can be fixed by a bios release, unfortunately mine died before i got one, althow i believe that even the 2nd release hasnt fixed all the problems, im sure in time it will be fine.
