Asus Ares III

Except for exclusivity and epeen, I'm not expecting much difference between this and Watercooled 295X2. Not only that, but with the new $999 sale this will easily cost 2x that if history repeats itself. That and 295X2 reference already has AIO cooling, so the coolness/prestige factor of ARES III is not as great as it was with ARES II...
 
Oh wow. Really wish my 295x2 had 3 8pin connectors like this thing. Came to their senses and quit trying to cool it with a radiator 3sizes too small.
 
I think the real appeal of this card is it's a true single-slot, dual-GPU solution.
 
Yes, the single slot is the real appeal of this card, along with using the best binned GPUs Asus could get their hands on. Waiting on price...
