Anyone familiar with the ASUS A8S-X motherboard?

I am considering it for a new Qpack build mainly for the following reasons:

Doesn't have onboard video, I will be going with a 7800GTX and I hate redundant crap so this was nice to find.

It has HD audio onboard with a digital out on the motherboard instead of requiring an adapter like with the ASUS 6150 board. This board has the same audio as found on the ASUS 6150/430 board

PCI slot layout looks like I won't loose any PCI slots, only PCI-E 1x slots, if I get real fancy with video card cooling.

However, I am not that impressed with the power location and I have never used the SIS 756 Northbridge.

What's the consensus of the forum? Seems like a decent buy @ $69 but I've checked google for a review and no one has done one.

Nevermind, newegg is fraked up again. This board isn't microATX, newegg has the specs fraked up.
