Ask Me Welcome in IE8 keeps poping up randomly

I've been running win 7 HP now for a few weeks.

But, on random occasions, when I start the browser
the "Ask Me Welcome" box appears.

I configured this the first time around and it works fine,
but why does it keep poping up?

How can I get rid of it, once and for all?
There doesnt seem to be any settings under tools for this that
I've found.

This'll pop up anytime the IE settings get reset- have you been doing that?

Also it may pop up if it cannot find your profile for whatever reason- or if you're on a profile that hasn't ran through the setup yet.
