Do you have a place to suggest topics of interest users can submit for consideration, or even vote on, aside from hardware reviews?

While I love your reviews, many times I am wondering about common industry practices and what not. I know Hard OCP regurgitates the news every other major tech site does the same, but it seems like its been a long time since you guys did a really in-depth article on industry topics.

For instance. An article that would bring massive traffic and be met with great success would be " What happens when you send in an RMA?" While it may vary some from company to company I imagine there's an industry practice that is closely adhered to. Its just whatever is cost effective.

There's tons of users here who would love to find out what happens when they send in their EVGA 460GTX for RMA service. Does it get tested like [H] would or does it get tested at all? Or when they send their Intel 2500K i5 in where does it go and what do they do? Especially with what appears to be an increase in defective hardware being sent out as warranty replacements which are obviously someone else's previously returned part. Obviously the state of the economy has part to do with it, companies not willing to spend money on testing returns as much.....but have they fine to not testing some at all and simply doing the math to find that the number of good ones sent out outweighs the bad ones. And to add to that, how many video cards for instance does EVGA(just first company to come to mind) take back that are actually bad vs. being good?

While I understand companies are not going to want to talk very specifically, I imagine enough information could be gleamed from a visit and interview that would be very enlightening to the audience here. It just seems like this site used to be more into this type of journalism but its been turned into "another hardware review site" that ends up on the list of reviewers for a new product launch.

Are there any plan to get a little more personal with today's hardware and software practices?
