Argh! Raptors! Paging Errors! Why?

I had a Raptor 150 die on me, and now have a replacement. It was working fine, until today (6/19) at about 3:54PM. I get a large number (10-20) of this error in the Event Log:
An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk0\D during a paging operation.

This is the same thing that showed up in my OLD Raptor 150 before it died. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON????????
 
What brand and model is your power supply, and what is it reading right now with a multimeter?
 
Don't have a multimeter, it's a PC Power and Cooling TurboCool 850SSI. I have read that disabling NCQ (I have an nForce4 board and a Raptor 150 w/NCQ) may fix it, how would I do that?
 
Play around in the BIOS options or the SATA controller options, it should be in there. Barring that, you might be able to get software from the mobo mfg that can give you SATA controller options from Windows, or there are a few places that suggested trying the utilities that come from WD to see if the option to disable on the hard drive is somewhere in there.
 
i have those errors from boot up. i was pointed in the direction of updating my bios. as soon as i find some time, i'll be doing that to see if it takes care of my errors, you may want to try that.

Thanks, but I know that nForce4 + Maxtor = NO NO. I have a Raptor by Western Digital.... Further, the errors do NOT occur, EVER, when I used my 2x250GB Caviars in RAID0 under the exact same circumstances, except for the RAID0 (wish I had 2x150 Raptors RAID0....) and they ARE plugged into the nF controller.
