I finally got my system at 250fsb, and it seems to be running stable. Here are my BIOS settings

CPU=1.6v
DDR=2.8v
DRAM settings are relaxed
FSB is at 250

My system specs
2.8c (D1)
Abit IS7
1GB of Kingston HyperX PC4000
Zalman CNPS-7000Cu
 
Nice overclock. those settings are fine. I have my 2.8c at 250 fsb too.
